Maison Laurent began as a single marble counter and a stubborn belief: that an hour spent well is the only true luxury. We still grind, fold, and steep by hand — not because it is efficient, but because it is right.
Our leaf is sourced from a handful of estates we have known for decades. Our pastry follows the season, never the calendar. And our room asks only one thing of you: that you slow down.
